THE NOUVEAU RICHE COACHING PROGRAM

We all need encouragement and support to step out of our “safe zone” and ACT on education we’ve received. Imagine being coached by seasoned professionals who will coach and support you in expanding your knowledge and ultimately your Real Estate Investment portfolio! The Nouveau Riche Coaching Program assists students from all walks of life and at various levels of Real Estate Investing experience—providing that extra support and “shoulder to lean on” through each stage. The Coaching Program both motivates and empowers students in identifying the tools, resources, and strategies available to them, proving that EDUCATED INVESTORS ARE MORE PROFITABLE INVESTORS!

The Coaching Program consists of eight, consecutive, weekly ½-hour personal coaching sessions, where your Coach will work with you in a one-on-one capacity, sharing knowledge of Real Estate Investing strategies and concepts to support a long and productive Real Estate Investing career. Be led on an undiscovered path of “what to do” and “what not to do,” then take ACTION by applying the information learned to your Real Estate Investment opportunities.

Our Coaches’ approach to education is a progression, simply to build the next learning session on the previous one. Their goal is to present real-life Real Estate Investing scenarios PLUS help the student establish realistic expectations.
